DESCRIPTION:Students\, faculty\, and staff are invited to participate in a&nbsp\;focus group to provide feedback about a proposed health promotion program\, hosted by students from PUBH 350: Health Behavior &amp\; Health Promotion. &nbsp\;\n\nFocus groups will be held&nbsp\;at either 2:30&nbsp\;or&nbsp\;3:30 p.m.&nbsp\;in Evald Hall\, will last approximately 45 minutes\, and will consist of questions regarding your opinions about a campus health program aimed to address one of these health issues:\n\n\n	Campus Safety\n	Off-Campus Housing Conditions\n	Student Nutrition\n	Student Stress Management\n	Campus Clinic\n	Sexual Education\n\n\nPlease complete this form&nbsp\;by 11:00 p.m. tonight (Wed.&nbsp\;12/5)&nbsp\;to register for one of tomorrow's focus groups. A focus group leader will contact you to confirm your participation.\n\nRefreshments will be provided to all participants.
